Every ride we bring to an event operates under Ontario's amusement-device regulations and our own crew's daily routines. Here's what that means in practice.
TSSA licensing & inspection
Rides inspected and licensed under Ontario's Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA). TSSA is Ontario's regulator for amusement devices — it licenses operators and requires periodic inspection of rides before they can be operated for the public.
Electrical compliance (ESA)
Ride electrical work is done to standards enforced by Ontario's Electrical Safety Authority (ESA), covering how rides are wired and connected to power on site.
Daily operational checks
Our crew performs operational checks on each ride before it opens for the day, and a TSSA-certified mechanic is on site throughout your event to handle anything that comes up.
Trained operators
Every ride is run by a trained attendant for the length of your event — not left unattended or handed off to event staff who haven't operated it before.
Weather protocols
Rides are paused during high winds, lightning or other unsafe conditions, and reopened once conditions clear and it's safe to resume operation. Our crew makes that call on site.
Height & rider requirements
Height and rider requirements are posted at each ride and enforced by our attendants — they vary by ride, so check the specific requirement posted before your event or ask our crew on site.
Liability insurance
We carry liability insurance for our operations, and certificates of insurance naming your organization, school, venue or municipality are available on request — ask for one when you request your quote so it's ready ahead of your event.
